Anti-Ramucirumab (Cyramza®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

A qualitative, colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to detect anti-ramucirumab antibodies (ADA) in serum and plasma. It uses a sandwich assay in which ramucirumab-coated microtiter wells capture anti-ramucirumab antibodies, followed by washing, addition of a peroxidase-labelled conjugate and TMB chromogen-substrate detection; the reaction colour intensity is directly proportional to antibody concentration.

It is intended for the qualitative determination and therapeutic monitoring of ramucirumab-specific antibodies during therapy. The listed components include ready-to-use positive and negative controls, assay buffer, HRP-conjugated probe, TMB substrate and stop solution, together with wash buffer concentrate and adhesive foil.
