Anti-Omalizumab (Xolair®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a colorimetric, qualitative ELISA for screening antibodies to omalizumab (Xolair®) in serum and plasma. The assay is intended for professional use only.

It uses a sandwich format in which omalizumab-coated microtiter wells capture anti-omalizumab antibodies from a sample. After unbound material is washed away, a peroxidase-labelled specific conjugate is added, followed by tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) chromogen-substrate to reveal bound activity; an acidic stop solution terminates the reaction. The manufacturer lists a required volume of “10 µL” and a total assay time of “140 min”. Kit components include a break-apart microtiter plate, reactive and negative controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, and adhesive foil.
