Anti-Ipilimumab (Yervoy®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s qualitative ELISA kit is intended for the determination of specific antibodies to ipilimumab (Yervoy®) in human serum and plasma. It uses a colorimetric sandwich format: anti-ipilimumab antibodies are captured in ipilimumab-coated microtiter wells, followed by a peroxidase-labelled specific conjugate and TMB chromogenic substrate. The reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution and read by photometry.

The kit is for professional use only and can be used to monitor anti-ipilimumab antibodies during therapy. The listed total assay time is “140 min”.
