Anti-Infliximab (Remsima®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Designed for research use only, this colorimetric Anti-Infliximab (Remsima®) ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit from Assay Genie screens serum and plasma samples for antibodies against the infliximab biosimilar. Antibodies in patient samples are captured by infliximab biosimilar-coated microtiter wells, followed by peroxidase-labelled conjugate and TMB substrate detection. After the acidic stop solution is added, the colour changes from blue to yellow, and optical density is measured at “450/650 nm”.

The required sample volume is “10 µL” and the total assay time is “140 min”. The stated detection limit is “30 ng/mL”, spike recovery is “85-115%”, and shelf life is “1 year”. Kit components include reactive and negative controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, concentrated wash buffer and adhesive film.
