Anti-Infliximab (Remicade®)Free Drug/ADA Dual ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s dual ELISA kit is a colorimetric, semi-quantitative sandwich assay for determining total and free anti-infliximab antibodies (anti-drug antibodies, ATI) in serum and plasma samples. Free and total antibody measurements are made simultaneously on the same plate, supporting therapeutic drug monitoring of infliximab (Remicade®).

During the assay, dissociation buffer separates inffliximab-specific antibody–infliximab immune complexes. Antibodies to infliximab in the samples are then captured on infliximab-coated microtiter wells using a peroxidase-labelled specific conjugate, and bound enzymatic activity is detected with tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate. Reaction colour intensity is directly proportional to the ATI concentration in the sample. The kit can also be used as a semi-quantitative screening test for free ADA by omitting the dissociation and neutralisation steps. The stated required sample volume is “10 μl”, total assay time is “95 min”, and detection limit is “156 ng/mL”.
