Description
Assay Genie’s research-use ELISA kit uses colorimetric detection and a quantitative sandwich ELISA format to detect anti-infliximab neutralizing antibodies in serum and plasma. It is not for diagnostic procedures.
The stated working range is 1.56 - 100 ng/mL, with sensitivity of 0.25 ng/mL and recovery of 80-120%. Store the kit at 2-8°C on receipt and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
