Anti-Golimumab (Simponi®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric qualitative ELISA is designed for antibody screening to determine anti-golimumab antibodies in serum and plasma. It uses a sandwich assay in which golimumab-coated microtiter wells capture anti-golimumab antibodies from samples. A peroxidase-labelled conjugate and TMB chromogen substrate are then used to generate a colour signal measured by photometry.

This research-use-only kit is intended for monitoring golimumab-specific anti-drug antibodies; some antibodies associated with golimumab have been reported as neutralizing in patients. Kit components include reactive and negative controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, a break-apart microtiter plate and adhesive foil.
