Anti-Filgrastim ADA Quantitative ELISA Kit

This quantitative, colorimetric sandwich ELISA is from Assay Genie for determining specific anti-filgrastim antibodies in human serum and plasma. Filgrastim-coated microtiter wells capture the antibodies, while a peroxidase-labelled conjugate detects IgG, IgM, IgA and IgE. Reaction colour intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of anti-filgrastim antibodies in a sample.

The stated detection limit is 3 ng/mL and spike recovery is 85-115%. The assay uses a TMB substrate solution and an acidic stop solution, and optical density is measured at 450/650 nm.
