Anti-Etanercept (Enbrel®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

This qualitative ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only. It enables qualitative detection of anti-etanercept antibodies (ADA) in serum and plasma and can be used to monitor anti-etanercept antibodies. Etanercept-coated microtiter wells capture the antibodies, after which a peroxidase-labelled conjugate and tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) chromogen-substrate are used; reaction colour intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of antibodies to etanercept.

The Anti-Etanercept (Enbrel®) ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit requires 10 µL of sample and has a total time of 140 min. Kit components include an etanercept-coated break-apart microtiter plate, reactive and negative controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, and adhesive foil. When the reaction is stopped, the colour changes from blue to yellow.
