Anti-Denosumab (Prolia®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s Anti-Denosumab (Prolia®) ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit is a colorimetric sandwich ELISA for the qualitative determination of anti-denosumab antibodies in serum and plasma samples. It is intended for professional use and research use only.

During the assay, anti-denosumab antibodies in patient samples are captured by denosumab-coated microtiter wells. A peroxidase-labelled conjugate and TMB chromogen substrate are then used to generate a colorimetric reaction, with reaction intensity directly proportional to the concentration of anti-denosumab antibodies in the sample. Supplied components include reactive and negative controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, a microtiter plate and adhesive foil.
