Anti-Cetuximab (Erbitux®)ADA Quantitative ELISA Kit

Designed for quantitative measurement of antibodies to cetuximab (Erbitux®) in serum and plasma, this colorimetric ELISA kit is supplied by Assay Genie. It uses a sandwich assay format in which anti-cetuximab antibodies are captured by cetuximab-coated microtiter wells; after washing, a peroxidase-labelled conjugate and TMB substrate are used, and the reaction colour is directly proportional to the anti-cetuximab antibody concentration in the sample.

The manufacturer lists a required sample volume of “10 μL” and a total assay time of “140 min.” The stated detection limit is “30 ng/mL”, with spike recovery of “85-115%”. The kit is for research use only.
