Anti-Adalimumab (Humira®)ADA Quantitative ELISA Kit

A colourimetric quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie, intended for the quantitative determination of anti-adalimumab antibodies in human serum and plasma samples. The solid-phase assay follows the sandwich principle: standards and diluted samples are incubated in a microtiter plate coated with adalimumab reactant, the wells are washed, and a horse radish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated probe is added. Bound enzymatic activity is detected with tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) chromogen substrate, and the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. Optical density is measured at 450/650 nm, and sample results are determined directly from the standard curve. The kit is for research use only and is intended for monitoring adalimumab anti-drug antibodies; it is listed within the anti-TNF alpha research area and therapeutic drug monitoring.
