Anti-Adalimumab (Humira®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s qualitative, colorimetric ELISA is designed to screen for antibodies to adalimumab (ADA) in serum and plasma. It uses a sandwich format: adalimumab-coated microtiter wells capture sample antibodies, unbound material is washed away, and a peroxidase-labelled conjugate is added. TMB substrate then provides colorimetric detection, with reaction intensity directly proportional to the concentration of antibodies to adalimumab.

The stated detection limit is 30 (ng/mL), with spike recovery of 85-115%. The required sample volume is 10 µL and the total assay time is 140 min. The listed shelf life is 1 year, and storage conditions are 2-8°C.
