Androgen Receptor (Phospho-Tyr363)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Cell-Based ELISA Kit for monitoring Androgen Receptor (Phospho-Tyr363) phosphorylation and expression in cultured cells. The kit is lysate-free, high-throughput, and uses a fluorometric indirect ELISA format, in which Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of target-specific primary antibodies to enable detection.

The assay provides qualitative measurement of relative phosphorylated Androgen Receptor levels and can be used to screen treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators that affect AR phosphorylation. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated Androgen Receptor counterpart is supplied for normalization of the phosphorylated signal. The dynamic range is > 5000 cells, and the kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended storage is at 4°C for 6 months.
