AML1 (Phospho-Ser435)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a cell-based ELISA kit designed to detect phosphorylation of AML1 at serine 435 directly in cultured cells, using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. The kit works in a lysate-free, high-throughput format, capturing phosphorylated AML1 with a phospho-specific primary antibody and detecting it via an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody in an indirect ELISA configuration.

Reactivity covers human, mouse and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell stain is supplied to determine cell density so that results can be adjusted for plating differences. The kit is suited to adherent cell cultures and supports qualitative measurement of AML1 phosphorylation, making it useful for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors, siRNA or activators on AML1 signalling.
