Description
This Assay Genie DNA-binding ELISA kit uses colorimetric detection to detect and quantify AML1 phosphorylated at serine 303 in nuclear or cell lysates. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
Designed for research use, the assay allows researchers to monitor changes in AML1 activity in response to stimuli and investigate gene regulation associated with hematopoiesis and immune cell development.
