ALK (Phospho-Tyr1507)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of ALK phosphorylation at tyrosine 1507 in cultured cells. The kit provides a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow using an indirect ELISA format, enabling assessment of relative levels of phosphorylated ALK and screening of the effects that treatments, inhibitors, or activators have on ALK phosphorylation.
