Aldosterone (ALD) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of aldosterone (ALD) in serum and plasma samples, with additional validated protocols for cell culture supernatants, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, tissue lysates, and breast milk. The assay operates over a range of 0.39-25 ng/mL and is read on a microplate reader at 450 nm. Reaction is detected colorimetrically using a substrate and stop solution workflow.
