Akt Isoform ELISA Sampler Kit

Assay Genie's Akt Isoform ELISA Sampler Kit bundles three independent microplate assays for parallel quantification of Akt1, Akt2, and Akt3 in human research samples. Each isoform-specific kit is supplied as a 48-well strip plate, delivering 3 x 48 determinations per pack to support side-by-side isoform profiling in cancer signaling, insulin response, and PI3K pathway studies. A typical 100 uL aliquot of diluted clinical sample or cell lysate is loaded per well, and absorbance is read on a standard plate reader for relative isoform expression analysis. Unopened components ship frozen on dry ice and should be stored at -20°C until first use; reconstituted detection antibodies remain active for roughly one week when refrigerated and protected from light.
