Aflibercept (Eylea®)Free drug ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a colorimetric, solid-phase ELISA designed for quantitative analysis of free aflibercept in serum and plasma samples. It is optimized with Eylea® and uses a sandwich format in which an HRP-conjugated probe binds to captured aflibercept. TMB chromogen is then added, and the developed colour is proportional to the amount of aflibercept in the sample or standard.

Results can be determined directly using the standard curve. Required sample volume is 10 µl, and the listed total time is 140 minutes. The stated shelf life is 1 year, and the product is intended for therapeutic drug monitoring.
