ADCK5 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative measurement of ADCK5 protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses a 96-Well Microplate format and detects human ADCK5 via an indirect ELISA approach, in which ADCK5-specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm.

The kit is described as lysate-free and suitable for high-throughput screening of relative ADCK5 levels in response to treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators. It is intended for adherent cells and has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
