ADA2L Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This Assay Genie cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the accurate detection of ADA2L levels in cell lysates and supernatants. Using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm, the assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and supports research into the role of ADA2L in immune response regulation and inflammatory pathways, with relevance to autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

The kit uses a lysate-free, high-throughput indirect ELISA format: ADA2L is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is supplied to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The assay is suitable for adherent cells in a 96-well microplate format, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells, and can be used to measure relative ADA2L expression in cultured cells or to screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators.
