Description
A colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the qualitative detection of Actin-pan in plated and fixed cells. The assay is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples and is read at 450 nm.
According to the manufacturer, the assay uses a minimum of 5000 cells per well and is completed in 4.5 hours. The kit is stored at 4°C and is reported stable for six months. Actins are highly conserved proteins that are involved in various types of cell motility and are ubiquitously expressed in all eukaryotic cells.
