ABL1 (Phospho-Tyr204)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Cell-Based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed to detect and quantify phosphorylated ABL1 (Phospho-Tyr204) protein directly in cultured adherent cells. It is a lysate-free, high-throughput assay using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric readout at 450 nm, making it suitable for studying signal transduction pathways and drug responses in cancer research.

Reactivity has been validated for human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. The kit includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control for normalisation, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method for adjusting results to cell density, supporting the qualitative measurement of ABL1 phosphorylation and expression in response to various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.
