ABL1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit enables qualitative detection of ABL1 protein expression in cultured cells through an indirect ELISA format. ABL1-specific primary antibodies capture the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyse a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm, delivering a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow compatible with adherent cell samples.

The assay is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and operates across a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is supplied as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method allows cell density to be quantified so readings can be corrected for plating differences. The kit supports screening of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators on ABL1 levels, and is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
