53BP1 (Phospho-Ser6)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the detection of 53BP1 phosphorylated at Ser6, a post-translational modification linked to the DNA damage response and genomic stability. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in an indirect ELISA format, where HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyse a colour reaction upon substrate addition. Results are normalised using an included anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided to account for cell density.

The kit is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, with adherent cells specified as the sample type, and operates with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
