4E-BP1 (Phospho-Thr69)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Using a lysate-free, high-throughput indirect ELISA format, the kit captures 4E-BP1 (Phospho-Thr69) with target-specific primary antibodies. HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. An anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody is included to serve as an internal positive control in normalizing the target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
