3-NT/3-Nitrotyrosine ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this competitive ELISA kit enables the quantitative measurement of 3-NT/3-Nitrotyrosine using a double-antigen sandwich format. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific antigen; standards and appropriately diluted samples are added, followed by a biotin-labeled antigen and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, with TMB substrate producing a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. Reactivity is reported as universal, and the assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and an assay range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 87–103% for serum, 88–100% for EDTA plasma and 91–104% for heparin plasma. Storage is 2–8°C (sealed); the kit should not be cryopreserved.
