14-3-3 theta/tau (Phospho-Ser232)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative determination of 14-3-3 theta/tau (Phospho-Ser232) in cultured cells using an indirect ELISA format. Phospho-specific primary antibodies capture the target, while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

The assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is compatible with adherent cells. It has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is read at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining can be used to normalize absorbance to cell density. The lysate-free, high-throughput format supports screening of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on 14-3-3 theta/tau phosphorylation.
