TissueRuptor Disposable Probes (25)

These disposable probes are designed for use with the QIAGEN TissueRuptor II handheld rotor-stator homogenizer, providing simultaneous disruption and homogenization of samples through turbulence and mechanical shearing. The blade of the probe rotates at high speed, effectively processing samples including human, animal and plant tissues for molecular analysis.

Each probe is used once and discarded, removing the need to clean and reuse the same probe and helping to avoid cross-contamination between samples. The probes are transparent, allowing visual monitoring of the disruption process as it takes place. The disposable design supports a streamlined workflow and is intended to integrate with QIAGEN sample preparation technologies for downstream purification of RNA, DNA and protein.
