StemSpan Megakaryocyte Exp Supp (100x)

A specialized 100x concentrate supplement developed for the ex vivo expansion of megakaryocyte-lineage cells from CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor sources. When combined with serum-free expansion medium such as StemSpan SFEM II, this additive drives megakaryocyte commitment, maturation, and proplatelet formation in suspension culture systems. Researchers use it to model platelet biogenesis, study thrombopoiesis, and generate large numbers of megakaryocyte progeny for downstream flow cytometry or gene-expression assays.

Each vial is supplied as a frozen 100x stock; thaw only the volume required and store aliquots at -20 degrees C with protection from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve cytokine activity.
