A defined coating reagent from STEMCELL Technologies used to prepare culture surfaces for in vitro differentiation of CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells along the lymphoid lineage.
The vial contents are applied directly to tissue culture plates, incubated overnight at room temperature, and rinsed before seeding cells in StemSpan Lymph Diff Medium. The coating supports the expansion of B-cell and T-cell progenitors from cord blood or mobilized peripheral blood CD34+ sources, and integrates with stromal co-culture systems such as OP9 and OP9-DL1 monolayers for modeling pro-B cell development and T-cell lineage commitment through DN3 thymocyte stages.
Each bottle supplies material calibrated for coating multiple 6-well plates per lot. The reagent is for research use only and supports workflows in hematopoietic stem cell biology, immune reconstitution studies, primary immunodeficiency disease modeling, and gene editing screens targeting lymphoid lineage commitment. Store refrigerated and protect from light; avoid freeze-thaw cycles to preserve coating activity.
