STEMCELL Technologies STEMdiff Intestinal Organoid Growth Medium is engineered to support the long-term expansion of hPSC- or ASC-derived intestinal organoids without the need for an embedded basement membrane matrix during routine passage.

The medium supplies stabilized growth factor supplements, including EGF, Noggin, and R-spondin-1 analogues, that sustain LGR5-positive stem cells while promoting differentiation into the four major intestinal lineages: enterocytes, goblet cells, Paneth cells, and enteroendocrine cells.

Researchers apply it for disease modeling of inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer, drug absorption and toxicity screening, host-microbe interaction studies, and regenerative medicine workflows.
