STEMdiff Gastric Organoid Exp Medium

From STEMCELL Technologies, this serum-free expansion medium supports the long-term maintenance and cryopreservation of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived gastric organoids. The formulation is based on the work of Bartfeld and colleagues and is designed for use alongside the company's gastric organoid differentiation workflow, enabling organoids to be passaged, expanded, or stored for downstream applications in gastric development research, disease modeling, drug discovery, and compound screening.

The product is supplied as two components stored at -20°C and stable until the expiry date printed on the label: a basal gastric organoid medium and a separate expansion supplement. One of the components contains material derived from human plasma, with donors tested and found negative for HIV-1 and -2, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C prior to donation; the product should be treated as potentially infectious and handled with universal precautions. It is for research use only and is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses.
