STEMdiff Cardio Supp. Medium

A defined, serum-free supplement from STEMCELL Technologies, the STEMdiff Cardio Supplement Medium supports cardiac differentiation workflows, enabling the in vitro conversion of human pluripotent stem cells into functional, beating cardiomyocytes. The supplement is combined with a basal medium as part of the established STEMdiff cardiomyocyte differentiation protocol, with typical differentiation timelines of 8 to 10 days from hPSC maintenance culture. Applications include cardiac disease modeling, drug screening, and regenerative medicine research using hESC and hiPSC lines. The product is supplied frozen and should be stored at -20 degrees C; aliquoting upon first thaw is recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve lot-to-lot consistency. Each vial is intended for single-use experimental workflows and is compatible with standard hPSC culture platforms. Suitable for research use only in vitro applications.
