SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (ROX)

A 5x-concentrated, ready-to-use mix from Solis BioDyne designed for fast, highly sensitive and reproducible probe-based qPCR using dual-labeled hydrolysis probes such as TaqMan® probes. The formulation supports detection and quantitation of up to five targets simultaneously and contains all components necessary for the reaction except primers, probe(s), nuclease-free water, and DNA template. Carry-over contamination is addressed by including dUTPs in place of dTTPs together with Salini UNG™ Uracil-N-Glycosylase.

The mix also contains the in silico-designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase with enhanced room-temperature stability, a qPCR buffer that includes 16.5 mM MgCl2 (yielding 3.3 mM MgCl2 at 1x), dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP), UNG, performance-enhancing additives, and ROX as an internal passive reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization. Reaction setup is performed at room temperature to ensure full UNG activation. Recommended storage is at –20°C until expiry; the product is additionally stable at 4°C for 12 months, at 25°C for 3 months, and withstands 30 freeze-thaw cycles. The mix is compatible with qPCR instruments that use ROX for signal normalization, including Applied Biosystems 7500, 7500 Fast, 7900HT Fast, QuantStudio 3, 5, 6 Flex, 7 Flex, 12K Flex, ViiA 7, StepOnePlus, StepOne, and Agilent Technologies Mx3000P, Mx3005P, Mx4000. Under CLP classification the product carries H360D (May damage the unborn child) and is supplied for research use only.
