HOT FIREPol® Multiplex qPCR Mix

Engineered for multiplex real-time PCR, the HOT FIREPol® Multiplex qPCR Mix from Solis BioDyne is a 5x probe-based master mix designed for highly sensitive and accurate quantification of up to four targets in a single reaction. The ready-to-use formulation contains HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase, an optimized multiplex buffer, ultrapure dNTPs including dUTP for optional UNG carryover-prevention treatment, and MgCl₂. It works with DNA hydrolysis probes that rely on 5' flap endonuclease activity, and is offered with either an optional ROX or Purple passive reference dye for instruments requiring passive normalization.

Typical applications include detection and quantification of DNA and cDNA targets, gene expression profiling, microbial detection, and viral load determination. The mix is stable at room temperature for up to 30 days and is shipped without ice to reduce shipping costs. Routine storage is recommended at -18 °C to -28 °C, with reaction setup carried out at room temperature. The product is manufactured under an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality management system and is supplied for research use only.
