SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (ROX)

A 5x concentrated, probe-based master mix designed for fast-cycling quantitative PCR from Solis BioDyne. The mix is supplied with ROX and contains SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase together with SaliniUNG® Glycerol-Free Uracil-N-Glycosylase. Its composition includes the standard dNTP set with dUTP, along with MgCl2, KCl, glycerol and imidazole in a buffered aqueous solution at pH 7.0-9.0.

Intended for Research Use Only and not for consumer use, the mix is a slightly viscous colorless liquid that is stable under normal conditions and is not regulated as hazardous for transport. Routine storage is recommended at -20 °C (-28 °C to -18 °C). According to the safety data sheet, the mixture carries the GHS08 health hazard pictogram and signal word Danger, with hazard statement H360D (May damage the unborn child) attributed to the imidazole component (Repr. 1B). Recommended precautions include P202 (do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood) and P280 (wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection), with P308+P313 to seek medical advice/attention if exposed or concerned.
