SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (ROX)

From Solis BioDyne, this probe-based qPCR Master Mix is supplied as a 5x formulation intended for FAST cycling. It incorporates the company's in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase for robust and accurate target quantification, and includes Uracil-N-Glycosylase (UNG) to prevent cross-contamination. The mix also contains ROX.

The product is a slightly viscous, colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0, intended for Research Use Only. Storage recommendation is -20 °C in the original container, with routine storage after transport between -28 °C and -18 °C. The current Safety Data Sheet classifies the mixture under CLP as Repr. 1B with the hazard statement H360D ("May damage the unborn child"); appropriate personal protective equipment and handling precautions are advised.
