SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (Purple)

A 5x concentrated, probe-based qPCR master mix from Solis BioDyne formulated for fast cycling protocols. The mix includes SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and Salini UNG® Glycerol-Free Uracil-N-Glycosylase, and contains dUTP alongside dATP, dCTP and dGTP.

The colorless, slightly viscous liquid has a pH of 7.0 to 9.0, and is intended for Research Use Only. It is manufactured by Solis BioDyne OÜ, based in Tartu, Estonia.

Routine storage is at -28 °C to -18 °C until the end of the stated shelf life, with transport permitted at room temperature. Under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), the product is classified with the GHS08 health hazard pictogram, signal word "Danger" and the hazard statement H360D ("May damage the unborn child"), reflecting the presence of imidazole in the formulation.
