SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (Purple)

A 5x concentrated probe-based qPCR master mix designed for FAST cycling, manufactured by Solis BioDyne. The formulation contains SolisFAST DNA Polymerase and Salini UNG® Glycerol-Free Uracil-N-Glycosylase, with dUTP included among its nucleotides. It is supplied as a slightly viscous, colorless liquid with a pH range of 7.0 to 9.0. The product is for Research Use Only, transported at room temperature, and stored at -28°C to -18°C.

Under CLP classification the mix carries the GHS08 health hazard pictogram with the signal word Danger, and the hazard statement H360D (May damage the unborn child). Precautionary statements P202 and P280 advise not handling the mixture until safety precautions have been read and understood, and wearing protective gloves, clothing, and eye/face protection. The mixture is not regulated for land, air, or maritime transport and is considered non-hazardous for shipment.
