SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (no ROX)

An ultra fast probe-based qPCR master mix from Solis BioDyne, formulated with an in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase for robust and accurate target quantification. The mix incorporates uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) to prevent carry-over contamination from previously amplified products, and is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid preparation designed for probe-based detection workflows.

The product is a colorless liquid with a pH range of 7.0–9.0 and is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (physical, health, environmental, and explosion hazards: not hazardous). It is chemically stable under normal conditions and is intended for Research Use Only; it is not for consumer use.

For optimal stability the mix should be stored at –20 °C in its original container. Recommended handling precautions include wearing suitable protective gloves and clothing together with safety glasses with side shields, working in well-ventilated areas, and avoiding release to drains or ground water.
