SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix with UNG (no ROX)

From Solis BioDyne, this 5x concentrated probe-based qPCR Master Mix is engineered for ultra fast cycling and belongs to the manufacturer's FAST cycling product line. It contains a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase intended to support robust and accurate target quantification, and is suitable for UNG treatment to help prevent cross-contamination between reactions.

Supplied as a colourless liquid, the product is classified as non-hazardous for physical, health, and environmental hazards under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the formulation contains no components considered hazardous at their given concentrations. It is stable under normal conditions and should be stored at -20 °C in its original container. The product is intended for Research Use Only.
