SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (ROX)

An ultra-fast probe-based qPCR Master Mix from Solis BioDyne, supplied as a 5x formulation containing ROX. The mix incorporates a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase, supporting robust and accurate target quantification in FAST cycling workflows. It is intended for Research Use Only.

According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the preparation is a colourless liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0 and is recommended for storage at -20 °C in the original container. The mix is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, and contains no substances considered hazardous to health at their given concentration. Recommended handling includes the use of suitable protective gloves and safety glasses with side shields, working in well-ventilated areas, and following good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
