SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (ROX)

From Solis BioDyne, this is an ultra-fast probe-based qPCR master mix supplied as a 5x concentrate, engineered for robust and accurate target quantification. It incorporates a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase and is part of the FAST cycling range for probe-based detection with ROX.

According to the manufacturer Safety Data Sheet, the mix is a colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0-9.0 and is chemically stable under normal conditions. It is classified as non-hazardous for physical, health and environmental hazards under EU regulation (EC No 1272/2008), and is not regulated for land (ADR/RID) or air (ICAO/IATA) transport. Recommended storage is at -20 °C in the original container. The product is for Research Use Only and should be handled with appropriate gloves, protective clothing and eye protection in well-ventilated areas.
