SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (Purple)

A 5x concentrated, ready-to-use mix from Solis BioDyne formulated for fast, sensitive, and reproducible probe-based qPCR using dual-labeled hydrolysis probes such as TaqMan® probes. The mix combines an in silico-designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase with an optimized buffer to deliver precise target detection and is designed to support ice-free shipping and reaction setup.

The hot-start formulation requires a 3-minute initial incubation at 95°C and is rated for fast and ultra-fast cycling. It supports multiplex qPCR of up to 5 targets simultaneously, with a Purple reference dye for passive signal normalization. The mix is compatible with real-time instruments that can use Purple dye as a passive reference for fluorescent signal normalization. As with other Solis BioDyne molecular biology reagents, the mix is stable at room temperature.
