SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (Purple)

Solis BioDyne supplies an ultra-fast probe-based qPCR Master Mix containing a novel in-silico designed SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase for robust and accurate target quantification. The mix is formulated as a 5x preparation intended for FAST cycling in probe-based quantitative PCR workflows. Like other Solis BioDyne molecular biology reagents, the mix is stable at room temperature.

The Purple variant belongs to the Solis BioDyne FAST qPCR Mixes, Probe-based product family, which also includes no-ROX and ROX formulations, as well as UNG-containing counterparts of each. According to the manufacturer's 2020 price list, the mix is available in several reaction-size options to suit different laboratory needs.
