RSeT Medium (2 component)

A chemically defined, serum-free culture system supports the derivation, maintenance, and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free conditions. Developed by STEMCELL Technologies, this two-component kit pairs a basal medium with a 5X supplement that is added just before use, providing reproducible workflows for both naive and primed hPSC cultures.

The formulation is compatible with common attachment matrices such as vitronectin and Corning Matrigel, allowing flexible integration into existing stem cell pipelines. Each basal medium bottle is shipped at room temperature, while the supplement is supplied frozen and should be stored at -20°C, protected from light, and thawed only immediately before use to preserve component activity. Researchers can apply the medium to routine passaging, aggregation as embryoid bodies, directed differentiation, and downstream assays including flow cytometry and immunocytochemistry. The product is intended for research use only and is supplied as a single kit per unit.
