Repro,Maint& Diff hPSCs Course-NL-Fall

STEMCELL Technologies' hands-on training program delivers intensive instruction in the reprogramming, maintenance, and differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). Held in the Netherlands as a Fall session, the multi-day workshop combines expert-led lectures with bench exercises that cover somatic cell reprogramming to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), feeder-free culture with TeSR-E8 reagents, and directed differentiation into ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm lineages.

Attendees work with established hPSC lines under BSL-2 biosafety conditions, practicing standardized protocols for passaging with ReLeSR, embryoid body formation, and cryopreservation using controlled-rate -80°C freezing. Quality control modules include flow cytometry analysis of SSEA-4 and TRA-1-60 surface markers, karyotyping sample preparation, and immunocytochemistry staining. Each module emphasizes reproducible in vitro cell culture techniques validated for research use only.

Seating is limited to preserve individual bench time, and registered participants receive a printed protocol manual, reagent preparation worksheets, and post-course troubleshooting access through STEMCELL Technologies' scientific support team. The curriculum suits graduate students, postdocs, and core facility staff establishing or expanding hPSC programs.
