Rat Inhibin Beta E ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Inhibin beta E Chain in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm. The stated standard curve range is 7.81–500 pg/ml and the reported sensitivity is 2.5 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery values (n=5) are an average of 91% (range 83–99%) for serum, 89% (80–99%) for EDTA plasma, and 90% (82–99%) for heparin plasma. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported as 87–109%, 74–104%, 90–94% and 86–108% for serum; 86–101%, 90–101%, 78–110% and 84–96% for EDTA plasma; and 90–101%, 77–107%, 93–96% and 89–109% for heparin plasma.
